Easy Crockpot Recipe: Pulled Pork

Hey guys, her is an easy crockpot Pulled Pork recipe that I worked into this week’s meal plan. This recipe came from pinterest (link below) and worked out perfectly with hardly any changes needed.
(I apologize for my scratchy voice, I am still trying to get over a crazy cold)

Pull Pork:

1/2 chopped onion
3 lbs pork butt roast or pork loin
1 TBS paprika
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 TBS minced garlic
12 oz bottle of BBQ sauce
1/2 cups water

In crockpot place all ingredients in order listed above, cover with lid and cook on high for 6 hours.
After completely cooked, spoon off any excess grease, shred meat with a fork, and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
Serve on sweet rolls and enjoy!

*This would also go great on top of a baked potato, along side mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and so much more!*
