Hey guys!! Today, I’m doing something different on my channel! I wanted to show you one of my favorite WHOLE 30 Recipes for dinner, spaghetti squash and meatballs! This taste amazing and it’s a great comfort food! It’s healthy and the spaghetti squash saves you a ton of calories! This is also a great recipe for anyone that is Gluten Free, Paleo, low carb, sugar free, or diabetic. If you are vegan or a vegetarian you could always skip the meatballs and just add the mushrooms, yellow squash and zucchini instead!

1 Spaghetti Squash
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb ground beef (you could swap this for other types of meat)
1 clove of garlic
1/2 of a sweet onion
1 jar of tomato pasta sauce (look for ones without sugar in the ingredients list)
1 yellow squash, sliced (optional)
1 zucchini, sliced (optional)
1 can of mushrooms (you could use fresh if you like and this is also optional)
Season your ground beef to taste (use seasonings without MSG or sugar)
Pink Himalayan salt & ground black pepper to taste
