Sharing what I ate for my first week of my Whole30.
A note about the lunch at the restaurant on day 6… I didn’t expect the “smoked chicken” that I ordered to have sauce all over it! I scraped off as much as I could and called it good enough… There was probably some sugar in the sauce but I stayed grain free and dairy free which I’m happy about. I am planning on doing a whole45 so I’ll still have plenty of time to get a full whole30 in before I’m done!
