Hey guys! Today I’ve got another recipe video for you! I’m super excited to share this recipe for my make ahead egg cup/muffins. They are completely Whole 30 and Paleo, super easy, and extremely delicious! Be sure to let me know if you try them!
2 cups sautéed veggies, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 lb of ground sausage, browned and drained
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Use coconut oil and a brush to grease a muffin pan.
Pour egg mixture into muffin pan, filling each slot to about 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until egg cups are almost set.
