1 yellow onion
1 bunch of fresh basil
7 garlic cloves
2 1/2 pounds of Roma Tomatoes
*Chop up the onion
*Mince the garlic
* Cut tomatoes in fours
*blend tomatoes in food processor until you reach desired consistency
1.Heat 1/2 cup olive oil in pan
2. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant
3. Pour Tomato Sauce in pan
4 Add 1 tablespoon of salt, oregano,rosmary. 1/2 table spoon of pepper and a few sprinkles of chili flakes.
5. Stir sauce and cook for 10 min with lid on pot
6. Add fresh chopped basil in sauce. Give a good stir and add top back on pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
