This chow mein recipe is a good balance of vegetables and meat, as it contains lamb chops, one of our favorite, and a good amount of vegetables.
For this video chef John uses fresh lamb chops, after a quick marinade with black pepper and cumin seeds, he cooks the lamb chops next to chow mein. It was delicious!
