Healthy Pantry Staples

Healthy pantry staples are a must have when you’re trying to eat a healthy diet. What I eat looks pretty close to a paleo diet, so all of my pantry essentials are gluten free and dairy free. If you’re looking for paleo pantry staples or just healthy staples in general, I hope this video is helpful to you and help you eat well! Most of these could even be part of a Whole30 diet! (Just no honey or maple sugar.) I’m passionate about healthy eating, but I also love food, and these staples never leave me feeling deprived. That’s the power of intuitive eating!
