Dr. Ann’s Favorite Healthy Noodles

Ingredients

1 Spaghetti squash

Grape seed or avocado oil

Salt

Pepper

Directions

1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

2) Cut squash in 2 longitudinal halves

3) Spoon out the seeds

4) Lightly spray fleshy part of squash with oil

5) Add salt and pepper to taste

6) Roast in oven until crispy golden on the top (about 35 minutes)

7) Use a fork to scrape spaghetti onto plates
