These healthy oatmeal cookiess are simple, wholesome cookies that are easy to make and really satisfying.
Since these low-fat healthy oatmeal cookies are chock full of good things like oats, coconut, pistachios, sunflower seeds, lemon zest, cocoa powder, coffee, you can eat them for breakfast without the least bit of guilt, they are easy to make and you can include them in your diet to lose weight.

Healthy Oatmeal Cookies recipe (8 serving)
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup quick oats
⅓ cup pistachios or coconut, or sunflower seeds, or 1 tsp lemon zest, or 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 /4 tsp coffee.
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, add 2 bananas and mash it.
Add quick oats to the mashed bananas.
Then add one of the above 5 ingredients to the mixture. You can also add some cinnamon for that extra flavor.
Scoop the cookie dough into your silicone mat or parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes until they’re done.
