ತೂಕ ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ರೀತಿ ದೋಸೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ WEIGHT LOSS RECIPE/BROWN RICE CRISPY DOSA/ DIET RECIPE


4 cups brown rice
1 cup urad dal
1/2 cup channa dal
1/2 cup toor dal
1/2 cup thick poha

wash and soak all the ingredients seperately as shown in the video for 6 hours
grind the batter to a smooth paste
ferment it for over night
next day add salt and baking soda , mix well and make a soft as well as crispy dosa
soft dosa with no oil for diet (weight loss)
ghee crispy dosa for children
