Weight Watchers Zero Point Foods 14 Day Challenge | What I Ate | How To Loose Weight Fast

Here it is my ’14 day 0sp challenge vlog’.

In this vlog I share with you how I found the 14 days, what I ate, tips on how I found it and so much more.

It was a rollercoaster ride of emotions that helped me not only loose weight fast, but also feel healthier and happier. As well as this, It made me realise that I snacked on too many pointed food and helped me to fall in love with fresh fruit and vegetables again. It was the kick up the bum I needed!!

I am really enjoying sharing this experience. It is helping me to stay on track. As well as making me more positive and happy about my body image.

Throughout my teen years I yo-yo dieted, and in my late teens I went from a size 26 jeans down to a size 12/14!! This was one of the best things I did, for my body and my mind. Since then I have had two beautiful children and gone up and down with my pregnancy weight. When my youngest (Emme) was 6 months old I decided it was time to start trying to be healthy again. That was when I joined Weight Watchers.

Since January 2017 I have lost over 3 stone in weight, and completed two 0-5k, 10 week running courses. However, as we all know, it is easy to get complacent and forget to log food. Therefore, I wanted to give myself a ‘kick up the bum’ and do weekly vlogs recording my progress, along with some of my favourite meals and tips for how I am sticking with Weight Watchers.
