Weight Watchers Smart Points Banana Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins Recipe

Banana Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins Recipe:
1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes pancake mix (5sp)
5g mini morsels chocolate chips (1sp)
1/2 banana, mashed (0sp)
1/2 cup water
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the pancake mix, banana and water together to desired pancake batter consistency. Spray cupcake liners or muffin tin with cooking spray and divide batter evenly into 4 muffins. Top with mini morsels. Bake for 14 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. All 4 muffins are 6 SmartPoints.

To make The Mucho Mama’s version of these pancake muffins (as seen on Weight Watchers Instagram) you are going to add 2 teaspoons of bacon bits on top, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder to the dry mix before mixing and 20 ml of sugar free syrup to dip these in once they are cooked.
