3 cups – Chinese or Napa Cabbage
1/2 red bell pepper – thinly sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper – thinly sliced
1/2 orange bell pepper – thinly sliced
1/2 yellow squash – thinly sliced
1/2 cup radishes
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
Dressing:
2 tsp rice vinegar
3 Tbl lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbl chili garlic sauce
1 Tbl water
1 tsp splenda
