Savory Onion Dip
1 – 5.3 oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tbl dried chopped onion
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Dill to taste

Spicy Sriracha Dip
1 – 5.3 oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 TBL Sriracha (more to taste)
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Sweet PB2 Yogurt Dip
1 – 5.3 oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbl PB2 or other powdered peanut butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet of no calorie sweetener
