Making Mexican pulled chicken lettuce wraps in the slow cooker today. These are super easy and delicious.
Using 16 oz. of boneless skinless chicken breasts these are 5 points plus per serving. Makes 4 servings. Then your cheese and sour cream is additional points plus.
Mexican Pulled Chicken Lettuce Wraps
– 16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
– packet of taco seasoning
– small jar of salsa (any kind you prefer)
Directions:
Spray slow cooker. Put chicken breasts on bottom and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Pour salsa on top. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Time depends on your slow cooker.
