Weight Watchers Recipe -Margherita Pizza

13 points per Pizza ( Makes 4)

Ingredients:

200g strong Bread flour
200g Plain white Flour (Plus 2 TBSP for rolling out and kneading)
1tsp Salt
1 tsp Fast action dried yeast
2 tsp Olive Oil
250ml Luke Warm Water
150g Cherry Tomatoes quartered
2 TBSP Shredded Basil
125g Reduced Fat Mozzarella (Drained and Diced)
25g Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly ground Black Pepper

FOR THE SAUCE MIX-
3 TBSP Tomatoe Puree
Onion Granules
Dried Oregano
I used half a TBSP of this mixture per pizza which was 0 points
