This is my favorite low points plus soup that I make and I had mentioned it in my previous Weigh- in video because eating a cup of this before my Dinner made me so much more satisfied! I also ate it when I was feeling really hunger and it really holds you over until your next meal!!! It is so tasty and very flavorful!!! I was surprised how good it was after the first time I made it!!!

Broccoli Florets- 2 Pounds
Diced Tomatoes – Zesty Chili Style
98% Fat Free Chicken Broth OR Fat Free (3 or 4 Cups)
2% Velveeta Cheese – 10 oz
Frozen Super Sweet Corn – 2 2/3 cups
In a Large Pot add the Broccoli, Entire Can of Diced Tomatoes and Chicken Broth
Bring to a Boil and Simmer for about 20 minutes (until broccoli is soft)
Add Velveeta cheese and corn and stir over low heat until the cheese is all melted through. Remove from Heat.
Add salt and Pepper to Taste
Makes about 10 Cups.. ONLY 2 Filling Points per Cup
