1 tsp of Bicarbonate of soda
100g Caster Sugar
2 Ripe Bananas Mashed
50g Low fat spread ( Melted)
150g Low fat plain Yogurt
100ml Skimmed Milk
1 egg beaten
1/2 x 411g can of Apricot halves in natural juice , drained and Chopped.
40g Muesli
