This is a great meal for the nights that you have to get a healthy meal on the table quick. Toss some rice or quinoa into the rice cooker before you start your tilapia (3P+ for 1/2 cup). As the fish is cooking, make a salad and you have a complete meal for very few points.
Per each serving –
1 tilapia fillet
1 t olive oil
Jerk seasoning of your choice – I use McCormick
1 T sugar free orange marmalade
Splash of water
