Weight Watchers Recipe | 2 Ingredient Dough | Personal Pizza!

This recipe is delicious (despite some user error in this particular instance) and couldn’t be easier!

Combine 1/2c greek yogurt (plain) and 1/2c self rising flour. You may need a little more flour to make the dough less sticky. Knead it for a few minutes until it comes together. Roll out into individual pizzas and top as you like (smartpoints will depend on the toppings and the flour you use).

My pizzas came out to being 5 smartpoints for the crust, and then additional points for the toppings. I’m pretty sure my pizza ended up being around 10 smartpoints, but I didn’t eat all of it.

I find that this dough is very filling due to the protein in the greek yogurt, and I love the sourdough flavor! You can also make bagels, biscuits, etc. from it – very versatile 🙂
