Weight Watchers Freestyle Cook With Me – 2 Ingredient Dough – 2SP Cinnamon Buns!

2 ingredient dough cinnamon buns


1 cup self rising flour
1 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar (you will also need 1 and a half teaspoons for the tops of the rolls)
Spray butter

Vanilla glaze:
2 tablespoons swerve icing sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
Splash of vanilla

Mix all ingredients from the above list ‘dough’ except the spray butter.
Once you form a ball roll into a square like shape, then spray some of the spray butter on the dough. You are going to roll the dough into a log shape, this recipe usually makes 9 rolls, but I did not cut the ends off of my log in this video. You can do so if you would like, having 10 may change the point value of one. After you cut the log, place your buns on a sprayed baking sheet. Take your 1 and a half teaspoons of Splenda brown sugar and place on top of each roll. Next it is time to place in the oven! I put mine on the top rack at 350 degrees for about 20 min, oven times may vary so make sure you keep that in mind. Wile the buns are cooking I make the vanilla glaze. Mix 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and 1 tablespoon of almond milk, with a splash of vanilla. When the buns are done baking I like to put my glaze on right after. I just use a spoon to drizzle on my glaze!

Thats it! Simple, satisfying and LOW POINT, whats not to LOVE. 1 bun is 2SP. Let me know if you try this recipe out!
