Weight Watchers Freestyle – Cook With Me – 1SP Protein Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

So here it is! The highly requested muffins. These have been one of my go to muffins for breakfast! Dont forget to tag me in your photo if you decide to make these. My instagram link is down below. Recipe is also listed down below.

Protein Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 Cup kodiak power cakes pancake mix (if you do not have this brand near you, use a protein pancake mix that equals 10SP for 1 cup)
1 Egg
2 Very ripe mashed bananas
1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup sweetener of your choice
32GM lily’s chocolate chips (or any type of chocolate chips that equal 5SP, I use Lily’s because they are lower in points)
Dash of cinnamon

Place all above ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix until everything is combined
Distribute muffin mix into a muffin tin that serves 12 (mine equals about 2 TBS per serving)
If you are not using a silicon muffin tin make sure you spray your tin with non stick spray
Place into a preheated 350 degree oven for about 12-15 min, this may vary depending on oven types. After the muffins are done baking let them cool for about 15-20 before taking them out of the tin. Once fully cooled you can store them in the fridge or in a air tight container. I like to put mine in the fridge as they stay fresh for longer.
