Hey guys! Jessica here! In today’s vlog I share with you 2 of my favorite PB2 snack ideas that I think will be great for the new Weight Watchers Freestyle program. 1/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
2 tbsp of PB2
a little bit of Truvia
fruit to dip (I used green apples)
Mix up the yogurt, PB2, and truvia, and that’s it! This is a great dip for fruit!
Freestyle points should be 1sp
Peanut Butter Delights from the Pioneer Woman:
1 light english muffin
2 tbsp of PB2+ a little Truvia
Equal parts Truvia and cinnamon
Mix up the PB2 and a little Truvia with a little water, but make sure the consistency isn’t too runny. Put the prepared PB2 on 1 light english muffin. Top with thinly sliced green apples and the cinnamon and Truvia mixture. Bake at 350 for 10 mins and then broil for 2 or 3 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they can burn quickly.
These should be 4sp on the new program!
