Sausage, Mushroom, and Tomato Stew Weight watchers recipe

Weight Watchers Turkey Sauasage Stew
6 ounces of fully cooked turkey sasauges italian
1 10 ounce package of sliced white mushrooms
1 Zucchini
1 15 ounce can of red kidney beans
1 can of diced tomaoes
1 8 ounce can of tomatoe sauce
1/4 cup of water
1 Teaspoon of garlic and herb seasoning
2 Cups of baby Spinach

Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over high heat. Add pre cooked Sausages, slice the Sauages, mushrooms, and zucchini, cooking and stiring until browning about 5 minutes
Stir in everything else except Spinach, bring to all boil and then simmer about 2 minutes
Add Spinach about 1 minute longer until it wilts
11/2 cup serving, serves 4, 5 ww points, 239 Calories per serving, Makes a hearty but healthy stew Espeically on the cold winter days.
