Recipe No. 1: Veggies and Dip
32 oz plain non fat greek yogurt
2 packages (16 tbsp) of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Mix Knorr mix into greek yogurt. Definitely do to taste. You may only like the dip with one package of the Knorr mix. My family likes the dip with both packages.
This recipe makes 8 half cup servings. Each serving is 2sp. Use 0sp veggies to keep this recipe nice and low in Smart Points!

Recipe no. 2: Cold Veggie Pizza
2 cans of reduced fat crescent rolls
8oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried dill weed
chopped broccoli
shredded carrots
quartered cucumbers
Press crescent rolls into a sheet pan to make a crust
Bake crust at 375 for 13-17 mins or until nice and golden brown
Let crust cool.
While crust is cooling mix together the cream cheese, plain non fat greek yogurt, garlic powder, and dried dill weed.
Once crust is cool spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust, and top with chopped veggies.
This recipe makes 12 servings for 6sp per serving.

Recipe no. 3: Watergate Salad
20oz can of crushed pineapple in juice
1 box Jello Sugar free, fat free pistachio pudding mix
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
24 tbsp or 1.5 cups of lite cool whip
Mix together the crushed pineapple, pudding mix, mini marshmallows, and pecans. Then gently stir in your lite cool whip. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. This recipe makes 8 half cup servings for 5sp per serving.

Recipe no. 4: Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Pillsbury Sugar free devil’s food cake mix
a little water
Mix all the ingredients together. The mixture will be extremely thick and sticky. I added a little bit of water to thin out the mixture. Once it is all combined, refrigerate for about 30 mins. Then using a table spoon to make sure each cookie is even, make 30 balls. I sprayed the sheet pan, as well as the tablespoon and my hands with a little bit of cooking spray because the cookie dough was so sticky. This recipe makes 30 servings and each serving is 2sp. You may have 2 cookies for 4sp, and 3 cookies are 7sp.
