How to Make an Omelette for 5 Smart Points! – Weight Watchers Recipe

How to make an omelette with vegetables and ham. Denver Omelette? This is not only a weight watchers friendly omelette, but also a keto friendly omelette! Aren’t most, though??

In this video I made enough filling for 2 omelettes, but I’ll put the recipe for 1.

Make this your own! Adjust it to your own personal taste. This is just an easy, basic omelette. Sometimes I add bacon, sometimes I add turkey pepperoni. Sometimes I just use egg whites and other times I use frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)!

What I used:

Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Filling
Onion – Half a small onion (or ~1/4 cup, diced) 0 sp
Bell Pepper – ~1/4 cup, diced, 0 sp
Mushrooms – ~1/4 cup, diced, 0 sp
Ham Steak – 1 oz, diced, 1 sp
Spinach – ~1/2 cup

Omelette
2 large eggs, whisked, 4 sp (*depending on the egg and/or if you used egg whites only)
Cheese – 1 oz – 1 sp (the one in the video was my husband’s, it was cheddar cheese. For mine, I used 1 oz of Trader Joe’s Lite Mozzarella Cheese)

Topping
Roasted Salsa Verde – 2 tbsp, 0 sp ( I used more on my husband’s)
