Homemade Vegan Falafel – Weight Watchers Recipe!

Healthy and unusual dinner, we are going to make Weight Watchers Recipe! Homemade Vegan Falafel!


100gr: 192kcal

– 1 cup chickpeas
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1 tbsp Sesame
– coriander
– salt
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Let’s do it:

Chickpeas soaked overnight in water. In the morning, merge, add a new one and boil until ready.
Further, it is better to clean (the weight will more tender).
Fry the cumin and sesame seeds, grind them in a mortar grinder.
In the bowl of the blender, send all the ingredients and grind until smooth.
Roll balls like the size of Raffaello Balls, roll in sesame and bake in a preheated oven (180 g) until golden about 25 min.
