Denver Omelette Casserole – 3 Smart Points per serving

Make 6 servings
6 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 onion
3 bell peppers
1 container mushrooms
8 oz diced ham
1 1/2 cups RF cheese

Cook at 350 for 35 minutes

Breakfast Sandwiches – 3 Smart points

Cole Slaw Recipe
10oz Cole slaw mix
Shredded carrots
4tsp white vinegar
Squirt of yellow mustard
1 cup light miracle whip
Salt
Pepper

White Bean Parmesan spinach Soup – 2 point per serving
Makes 5 servings
5oz fresh spinach
2 can white kidney beans
1/2 onion
2tbsp garlic
3 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
3/4 finely graded parmesan cheese
1tbsp Italian seasoning
3tbsp fresh parsley.
