FREESTYLE 2 INGREDIENT PIZZA DOUGH!!

PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 DEGREES
BAKE FOR 20 OR LONGER DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN

PLACE PARCHMENT ON A COOKIE PAN OR ROUND BAKING PAN

* IF YOU USE COOKING SPRAY…SPRAY IN MIXINGBOWL, ROLLING PIN AND HANDS* HELPS TO PREVENT STICKING *

DOUGH:
1/2 CUP BRODY’S SELFRAISING FLOUR ( OR USE 1 CUP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER AND 1/4 TSP OF SALT BUT ONKY USE 1/2 A CUP FOR THIS DOUGH)
1/2 OF ANY BRAND OF PLAIN FAT FREE GREEK YOGURT
SPRINKLE GARLIC POWDER
SPRINKLE ONION POWDER
1/4 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING ( OREGANO OR ANY SPICE YOU LIKE)

ADD FLOUR TO A BOWL AND SPICES AND MIX
ADD YOGURT SLOWLY AND MIX WITH HANDS
KNEED THE DOUGH AND FORM A BALL

ADD FLOUR TO COUNTER AND ROLLING PIN
ROLL OUT PIZZA DOUGH AND PLACE ON CHOICE OF BAKING TRAY

TOPPING:

1 TBS OR MORE PIZZA / SPAGHETTI SAUCE
30 GRAMS OR MORE SAPUTO LIGHT MOZZARELLA CHEESE 2SP( USE ANY LOW FAT BRAND OR REGULAR IF YOU WANT)
ABOUT 1/2 CUP OF SAUTEED OR FRESH VEGGIES! I USED ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, ZUCHINI, GREEN AND YELLOW PEPPERS ( AS MUCH AS YOU WANT)
1/4 CUP OF FRESH OR CANNED PINEAPPLE ( OPTIONAL)
BUTTERBALL TURKEY PEPPERONI SLICES 1SP ( OPTIONAL YOU CAN USE ANY PROTEIN LIKE BACON, CHICKEN, MEATBALLS, GROUND MEAT)

ADD SAUCE FIRST
ADD CHEESE
NEXT ADD CHOICE OF PROTEIN
THEN VEGGIES AND FRUIT ( PINEAPPLE)
