Cook with me/Weight Watchers Lasagne recipe

Ingredients needed:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 small uncooked onion (chopped)
1 clove minced garlic
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
15 0z can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tips dried basil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 items uncooked lasagna noodles (no cook)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

cook on low for 4-6 hours
serves 6 and 10 points plus per serving
