PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350F AND SPRAY YOUR LARGE MUFFIN TRAY OR USE LINERS

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 CUPS PLUS 1 TBS OF MINUTE OATMEAL (ANY BRAND )12SP
1 LARGE EGG
1.5 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TBS VANILLA
PINCH OF SALT
2 TBS COCOA 2SP
1/3 CUP OF UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE ALMOND MILK OR ANY KIND
1/3 CUP OF UNSWEETENED APPLE SAUCE
3 TO 4 RIPE BANANAS OR 1 CUP MASHED
2 TBS HERSHEYS SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE SYRUP ( OPTIONAL)
1/3 CUP SUKRIN OR ANY SUGAR SUBSTITUTE ( SWERVE, TRUVIA, )
2TBS OF SENSATO SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ( ANY KIND) 2SP

DIRECTIONS:

IN A BOWL MASH BANANAS AND SET ASIDE

IN A SMALL BOWL ADD 1TBS OF OATMEAL WITH 2 TBS OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND SET ASIDE FOR THE TOPPING

IN A LARGE BOWL ADD OATMEAL, SALT, COCOA, AND BAKING POWDER AND MIX

IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD THE EGG, SUGAR, VANILLA, SYRUP, MILK, AND APPLE SAUCE AND MIX WELL

IN A LARGE BOWL START THE DRY INGREDIENTS THEN ADD WET. MIX AND REPEAT FOLD IN BANANAS

ADD MIXTURE TO MUFFIN PAN AND TOP WITH OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP MIX

BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES BUT CHECK AFTER 25 MINUTES. USE A WOODEN SKEWER.TO MAKE SURE.YOUR MUFFINS ARE.WELL BAKED AND DRY!!!.
