Adaptogens are having a big moment in beauty right now. Not only in skincare but also supplements. This is definitely not new to me as I grew up drinking medicinal soups whenever I was stressed or depleted from studying, being over-worked or over-playing. Our skin is affected by the way our bodies react to our environment -whether it’s pressure, demands of our modern lifestyle, or climate. I explain in this video how adaptogens can help our inner well-being which always helps our skin. I’m happy that I can still incorporate adaptogens into my diet easily in my daily tea, latte or smoothie. Coffee Mushroom Nutella Latte
1/3 serving hot water,
1 packet Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee
Spoonful of Hazelnut-Chocolate Spread (Nutella) to taste
2/3 serving your choice of non-dairy milk substitute – heated
– Oatly Oat Milk Original
Couple drops of Vanilla Essence

Matcha Mushroom Hemp Smoothie
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 to 1 tbs Four Sigmatic Mushroom Matcha mix
2/3 your choice of non-dairy milk substitute
1/2 to 1 TBS Hemp Seeds
Liquid Stevia to taste
Couple drops of Vanilla Essence (optional)

Ginger Turmeric Lemon Antioxidant Tea
2 inches of sliced Ginger
Spoonful of Turmeric
Pinch of Cayenne
2 sticks of Cinnamon
Lemon slices
Raw Honey to taste
