This zucchini pizza crust is the perfect way to use up extra zucchini, just ask my kids! It’s gluten free and very easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 pcs zucchini
Salt
Black pepper
3 kinds of shreeded cheese
1 pcs tomatoe
Dried oregano
Bacon

Method:

Cut zucchini to slices and put it on baking paper.

Add salt and black pepper.

Than layer 3 kinds of shreeded cheese, tomatoe cutted to small pieces and bacon.

Add oregano.

Preheat oven on 180 C and bake for 40 minutes or till the cheese go brown.

Ready to serve.
