Vegan jelly cake – gluten-free recipe

New week has started and I have new vegan recipe for you!

This one combines fruit with yogurt. It´s fresh and light summer dessert. Of course vegan and since I had buckwheat biscuits gluten-free as well (as usual 🙂 ). I used agar-agar as a thickening agent. But I am not talking anymore, you will see it in the video.
