Ingredients:

1 cup flax seed flour
1 cup + 1 tbsp water
sesame seeds
flax seeds
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds

How to make the flax seed crackers:

In a bowl combine the water with the flax seed flour and mix until you get a sticky dough. Put the dough on to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and press the dough down with your hands and try to spread it evenly. Use the back of a spoon to help spread the mixture thinly. Now you can add your seeds and spices and press them down with your hands so that they stick to the dough. Bake the crackers for 1 hour and then remove them from the oven. Peel the baking paper off the crackers and flip them so that you can bake the bottom. Bake for another 40- 60 min.

Cheese dip:
Ingredients:

1 onion
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2-3 cooked carrots
5 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
salt to taste
1 cup cashews (that have been soaked previously for 3 hours in hot water)
1 pimento
1 red bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic

How to make the cheese:

combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
