The best homemade top blade beef steak with black sauce ever! It’s absolutely incredible.

Ingredients:
2 pcs top blade beef
1/2 celery
4 pcs carrot
2 pcs parsley
1 onion
7 slices bacon
Fresh lemon lime
1 tbsp brown sugar

2 cups Plum jam
1/2 cup cranberry jam
2 tbsp grapes
1 cup wine
2 cups beef stock

Decoction:
6 ground pepper
4 bay leaf
4 pcs new spice
Hot water

Black pepper
Salt

Method:
Heat the non-stick pan, add the salted and black pepper top blade beef meat, rest for 1,5 min from each side.

Minewhile prepare the decoction and rest them for 5 minutes.

Than rest bacon, put it out. Add cuted carrot, celery, parsley and onion. And rest for 3 minutes.

Add fresh lime juice and decoction.

Add cranberry jam and plum jam. And also grapes and red wine.

Add beef stock. Add the roadted beef and reduce for 45 minutes.

After all remove the beef.

Puree the sauce.

Serve.
