Learn how to make pork curry at home with this easy recipe.

Ingredients:
5 cups pork meat
3 tbsp oil
1 pcs yellow onion
2 tsp ginger
4 pcs garlic gloves
1 stick lemon grass
2 pcs kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp curry powder
1 pcs cinammon stick
2 tsp black pepper
3 pcs clove
2 tsp sweet tamarind
2 pcs tomatoe
3 tbsp tomatoe puree
Salt
4 cups water

Method:

At first heat a pan and add oil.

Put on pork meat.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, curry powder, cinammon stick, and black pepper.

Saute for about 10 minutes.

Remove to the slow cooker.

Add clove, sweet tamarind, tomatoe and puree. Add salt if needed. Mix it together.

Add water.

Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low heat.

Ready to serve. Grateful with rice.
