Healthy. Your kids will love this soup.

12 cups cold water
1 pcs pigeon
1 slice butter
1 tsp rock sea salt
1 pcs bay leaves
3 pcs ground black pepper
1 pcs green pepper
1 pcs spring onion
Small pcs leek
1 pcs chopped ribbed celery
1 pcs potatoe
1 pcs parsley
3 pcs carrot
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup kohlrabi


Preheat a deep pan and cold water.

Add pigeon, butter, bay leave, rock salt and ground black pepper.

Bring it to boil.

Remove foam.

Add vegetables – green pepper, spring onion, leek, ribbed celery, potatoe, carrot, parsley, celery and kohlrabi.

Bring it to boil again.

Cook on slow heat for 3 hours.

Ready to serve. Greateful with rice noodles.
