Perfect zucchini fries – gluten free recipe

Zucchini fries

They’re still going to be crispy and tasty, they’re just not going to be greasy.

2 pcs zucchine
2 pcs eggs
Fresh black pepper
Olive oil
1 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1 fresh lemon juice
1 cup parmesano

Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 356F.
Mix eggs, oil, salt, black pepper, garlic and oregano in bowl. Add little bit of lemon juice.
Soak handful of zucchini slices in mixture.
Lightly shake them off and coat them with parmesano.
Place each slice in the baking paper, add fresh black pepper if needed.
Bake for 40 minutes.
