Easy to make this delicious meatloaf muffins.

Ingredients:
3 cups minced pork meat
Salt
Black pepper
1 tbsp worcester sauce
1 yolk
Cheddar slices
Spray oil
Mozzarella

Method:

In a bowl mix minced pork meat, salt, black pepper, worcester sauce and yolk.

Spray oil in to the muffin form and add all the meat.

Cut cheddar cheese to the small slices.

Add to the form.

Add shreeded mozzarella.

Preheat oven on 180 C and bake for 50 minutes or till the cheese go brown.

Ready to serve.
