Adai Dosa is made by grinding rice, along with the different kinds if lentils and red chillies.

To make Adai Dosa, Ingredients you need:

2 cups raw rice
1cup split Bengal gram/ chana dal
1/2 cup toor dal/ split pigeon peas
1/4 cup urad dal/ split black gram
1/2 cup red chillies
Hing or Asafetida powder 1 tbsp
A few curry leaves
