Falafel Balls and Tahini Sauce
Falafel is pretty much one of my absolute favorite things to eat, if made traditionally it is naturally gluten free. I make it here with a tahini sauce and it is also excellent with hummus too. I love to make falafel salads out of them guys too! The tahini sauce is the perfect dressing.
Yes these babies are baked not fried!

Falafel Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup Dried Chickpeas, Rinsed And Soaked For At Least 6 Hour And Up To Overnight
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley Leaves
1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt
Shake Of Cinnamon
Tahini Sauce:
1/4c. Tahini
About 1 Tbls. Lemon- Juiced
Add Water Till You Get Consistency You Want
Sea Salt To Taste
