Bhindi Shukto Recipe – Simple And Healthy Recipe – Bengali Veg Recipes

Ingredients of Bhindi Shukto Recipe:
1. Lady finger / Bhindi / Dharosh (500 gm).
2. Turmeric powder (½ tsp).
3. Ginger paste (1 tsp).
4. Celery seeds (¼ tsp).
5. 1 Dry Red Chilli.
6. Celery seeds paste (½ tsp).
7. Salt (as per your taste).
8. Sugar (as per your taste).
9. Mustard oil (2 tbsp).

Methods of how to make Shukto with Bhindi Recipe:
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it.
2. Add ¼ tsp celery seeds, 1 dry red chilli. Fry for 10 sec.
3. Add bhindi / lady finger, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger paste, ½ tsp salt. Mixed it well.
4. Now fry it for 4 to 5 min in medium flame.
5. Add 2 cups water. When boiling cover it for 10 min in medium flame.
6. After 10 min add celery seeds paste and ½ tsp sugar. Mixed it well.
7. Cook for 2 min in medium flame.
8. Put off gas oven.
9. Serve hot Bhindi Shukto with hot steamed rice.
