Pumpkin Cake ~ Pumpkin Dump Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 – 29oz can pure pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup melted unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 cup crushed nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit

In a large bowl add pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and spices.
Mix well.
Pour into ungreased 9 .13 cake pan.
Sprinkle on dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin.
Pour melted butter over the cake mix.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
Enjoy.
