Moist Caramel Cake Recipe – Brown Butter Caramel Popcorn Cake!

Caramel cake recipe from scratch with a beautiful caramel popcorn decoration. The frosting for this cake will be up on Friday! 🙂

Brown Butter Caramel Cake in grams:

– 110 gr Softened Brown Butter
– 40 gr Coconut Oil
– 160 gr Caramel ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyOamhREn2k&t=19s , make the caramel sauce using my recipe, then weigh out the amount you need for the cake.) *** NOTE:
To ensure you get a strong caramel flavor in the cake, make sure you take the caramel to a dark amber color.***
– 2 tsp Vanilla
– 3 Eggs
– 270 gr All Purpose Flour
– 3 tsp Baking Powder
– 180 gr Milk
– 1/2 tsp Salt

Caramel Popcorn :

– 80 grams Popcorn( already popped)
– 50 grams Honey
– 1/2 tsp of Salt
– 80 gr Butter
– 160 gr Brown Sugar
– 1/3 tsp Baking Soda

– 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
– 5.5 ounces of Caramel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyOamhREn2k&t=19s , make the caramel sauce using my recipe, then weigh out the amount you need for the cake.) *** NOTE:

– 3/4 stick Butter
– 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
– 1/3 tsp Baking Soda
