1.5 cup all purpose flour/maida (200 gms)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
200 gms sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk 120 ml
3 tbsp milk powder
(you can add 100 gms powdered sugar )
1 tsp vanilla extract
