This decadent Grape & Raisins Cake is the perfect dessert for your dinner parties.
3/4 cup black raisins
3/4 cup golden raisins
50ml apple juice
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1.5 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Place the black raisins and golden rains in a bowl. Pour in the apple juice and let it soak for 2 hours.
Now place vegetable oil, milk and eggs in a separate bowl, and whisk them together.
Add sugar and mix again.
Now add the cinnamon powder, flour, baking soda and baking powder, and mix well.
Add the soaked raisins, and mix. The cake batter is ready.
Place the red grapes in a cake mould and pour the batter on top.
Bake the mix in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Dust some icing sugar on top, and serve.
