LEMON CURD BUN l CHRISTMAS RECIPE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/2 CUP WARM MILK
2 TABLESPOON SUGAR
1 TEASPOON YEAST
MIX WELL
COVER THE BOWL & KEEP FOR 15 MIN.
1/4 CUP OIL
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
2 TABLESPOON LEMON ZEST
MAKE THE DOUGH
PUT SOME OIL OVER THE DOUGH
COVER THE DOUGH WITH A CLOTH
KEEP THE DOUGH IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR
1/4 CUP CORN FLOUR
1 CUP WATER
MIX
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
1/4 CUP BUTTER
STIR UNTIL THE BUTTER MELTED
MIX THE CORN FLOUR MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL BECOME THICKEN
3-4 DROPS OF YELLOW FOOD COLOR
TURN OFF THE STOVE
2 TABLESPOON CONDENSED MILK
AFTER 1 HOUR
ROLL THE DOUGH & CUT IT EQUAL PORTION
MAKE DOUGH BALL
FLATTEN THE BALL
PRESS WITH A CUP
POUR THE LEMON CURD
REPEAT THE PROCESS
PLACE THOSE ON A TRAY
BRUSH SOME MILK OVER IT
COOK IT FOR 20-25 MIN. IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
LEMON CURD BUN ARE READY, COOL COMPLETELY
CHOCO CHIPS ON THE TOP
DUST SOME POWDER SUGAR
