These delicious little bars are my take on the gingerbread larabars; they are oil, sugar, nut, and gluten free but absolutely DELICIOUS! 😍 If you want that delicious gingerbread man cookie taste but want a quick, easy, and healthy alternative; these are the perfect substitute! These are perfect for a holiday gift, perfect to bring to your christmas dinner party, or perfect to eat them all for breakfast! 😉 Be sure to comment down below what christmas recipes you want me to make 😊

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup rolled oats, 15-20 medjool dates, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp allspice (or 1/8 nutmeg and 1/8 cloves), 1-2 tablespoons of water (if needed).

DIRECTIONS: Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend (blend without liquid first and if needed add water 1 tbsp at a time). Once the mixture comes together into a ball; it is ready. Dump mixture into a pan and flatten out evenly (use the back of a spoon or your fingers). Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and then cut into equal size bars. ENJOY!

P.S I love freezing these and eating them straight out of the freezer, they come out DELICIOUS! 😊
