Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon

• No added sugar ✔️
• Loaded with healthy fats ✔️
• Simple 1 pan dish that requires very few ingredients ✔️

Ingredients:
• Three – 6 oz salmon fillets
• 2 TBSP @lakanto sugar-free maple syrup
• 2 TBSP mustard
• 1/2 cup crushed pecans
• Seasonings: 1/2 tsp of each: paprika, salt, & pepper
• 1 head broccoli
• 2 tbsp grass-fed butter

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 320°F & place fresh salmon on a baking sheet
2) Combine sweetener, mustard, & seasonings in a small mixing bowl
3) Brush thickly on salmon fillets
4) Sprinkle crushed pecans over salmon
5) Top broccoli with peices of butter and salt/pepper
6) Bake at 320°F for 12-16 mins
